These Terms & Conditions apply to all registered and unregistered users. Users must be at least 18 years of age to access services on kkdb. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request proof of age verification at any time.
Where these Terms are published in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version applies to users in Bangladesh. However, in the event of a legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the authoritative text.

Registration Terms
To create an account on kkdb, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Creating an account with false information is strictly prohibited and such accounts may be terminated at any time. Each individual may operate only one account — multiple accounts are strictly forbidden, and if detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.
Password & Account Security
Keep your account password strictly confidential and never share it with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify the kkdb support team immediately. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out using your login credentials. We strongly recommend changing your password regularly for your security.
Identity Verification Process
Kkdb may request a National ID, passport, or other government-issued document at any time to verify a user's identity. Identity verification may be mandatory when processing withdrawals. Failure to submit the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Kkdb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — without prior notice — in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, false information, or multiple account operation. Any valid balance remaining in a permanently closed account will be returned through the designated process.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Code of Conduct for Users
All users must strictly adhere to the following rules when using the kkdb platform. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
- Any form of fraud, manipulation, or deceptive activity on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Stealing or unauthorized use of another user's account credentials is not permitted.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- The platform may not be used for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- The use of bots, automated software, or any automation tools is strictly prohibited.
- No content from the platform may be republished or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from kkdb.

Payment, Transaction & Financial Terms
Rules on Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on kkdb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Approved mobile banking methods such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are used for deposits and withdrawals.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours to process. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and will be displayed on the platform.
Users may only conduct transactions using a payment method registered in their own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, it will be voided and the account may be subject to investigation.

The kkdb platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. kkdb is not directly liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues. kkdb will not be held responsible for financial losses incurred through betting or gaming, as these are entirely the user's own decisions.
Kkdb is not liable for any damages arising through third-party services or links. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
All content on the kkdb platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of kkdb. Using, republishing, or distributing this content for any purpose without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-party links or services that appear on the kkdb site are entirely separate entities, and kkdb is not responsible for the policies of those sites.
Changes to Terms, Applicable Law & Contact
Legal Framework & Policy Updates
Kkdb reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the new terms.
